Pete....What's the best computer protection and what is the worst....And what is your professional opinion on McAfee????

McAfee is one of the good ones.
Worst one by a mile is Norton. Avoid that shit.

I use Avast cause it's free (and good) but AVG is also free & good.

No, McAfee the virus scanner is fine in the latest version.
McAfee the guy is a total dick.
